Lana Bickham

Director of Caring Companions

Lana Bickham serves as Director of St. James Caring Companions.

Her experience includes years of home-care staffing for families needing experienced and qualified caregivers, working with each family to ensure the plan of care is specifically developed for individual family needs.

She also owned a staffing agency that was an extension of businesses and a Human Resources Department in securing top talent for hiring needs.

Lana studied Social Work at Southeastern Louisiana University which has helped prepare her achieve her passion with working with families to be an asset of solving and developing solutions for companion services.
